• Repair Complexity - Even an inexpensive ride‑on requires professional diagnostics, tools, and safety checks. The technician’s time and liability remain the same regardless of product price.

Customer Instructions for Pickup, Drop-Off, and Repair:

Affordable Pickup & Delivery Service - Eliminate expensive home service calls.

 

How it works:

1. Request a One-Way Courier Pickup.

2. A driver will arrive at your home during the scheduled window.

3. Your Ride-On is transported by a certified courier directly to our shop.
    (Flat rate: $39–$59 depending on distance.)

4. You receive confirmation once your Ride-On arrives.

5. You Give Real-Time Repair Approval
Our technician uses eyewear that streams during your appointment. All live audio and video is used only for your appointment and is never stored or shared.
(Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram or FaceTime required)

6. After your approval, your ride-on is serviced.

7. Once repaired, you have two choices:
    - Customer Pickup (free) at an Off-Site Location.
    - Courier Return Delivery (Flat rate: $39-$59 depending on distance.)

 

What You Need to Do:

1. Ensure the scooter is fully accessible for pickup.

2. Remove personal items from the scooter.

3. Provide accurate pickup instructions (gate codes, apartment numbers, etc.).

4 .  Include the sales receipt, charger, hardware, parts and any paperwork.
